The Wire - one full rundown down complete, surely to be repeated.

Radio Lab - apparently the reaction is not universal, but that just means you suck.

Deadwood - so good that you're upset no one else was in the room to witness what it is that just unfolded.

David Foster Wallace - this one is going to be trouble. BIG trouble.
...Read it or don't. (Start here for pure joy if you do)
No more pushing. But my life is so immensely, incredibly, and internally richer for it.
And Every. Single. One.
...a sense of wonder at this beautiful mess.

Absolutely with you on The Wire and Deadwood. Like Bjork, but not with your intensity.
By the way, it was me that called you a homo. I can't block out that ridiculous obsession you guys had with that game senior year.
Good Lord.
Also -- got accepted into a local CSA AND my seeds came in the mail the other day. All organic, all heirloom varieties. Two types of tomatoes (Black Krims and some Red Pear cherry tomatoes) Lettuce Leaf Basil, Cilantro, Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley, Snap Beans, and Summer Squash (Zucchini). We'll see how direct seeding into the garden goes. If I fuck it up, maybe next year I'll try doing seedlings indoors and then transplanting into the garden.
I also weeded the garden plot and turned over all the soil last week; pictures to be posted on the garden blog soon. Getting some organic soil supplements and fertilizer (the compost isn't ready yet) and will be planting within about a week.
So yeah, awesome.
Hope things are well --

I didn't say Radio Lab was bad, just that listening to one episode didn't suddenly make it worthy of putting on my lifetime obsessions list.

Oohh, the curtain peels back and inside a bearded little white man.
Since you have been in law school, I figured you would have soaked long enough in adamant PC people that you would have long ago discarded queer, homo, and fag...well played.
But yeah man, things have been pretty fantastic. Don't know what it is, but I just feel good.
That looks like a pretty sweet ass CSA. Are you two actually going to be able to deal with that volume of vegetables? While studying for the bar and getting a half-share while semi-cohabiting with a vegetarian, we still struggled mightily to finish a half share, despite the complete lack of jobs, total devotion to constant cooking and experimenting (and picture taking as demonstrated last year). I signed up for a CSA this year, with another half share...but since it's NY, I have yet to determine how good it's going to be. Price is alright though...
Ahh...your blog is "back." Nice. Despite being interested to see if it continues, I will not naively add it to my bookmark toolbar as I did last time, until I see at least...5 posts.
Mango Pickle: That's what I mean by you suck.

How dope is that... I just got my own wikipedia page. Or at least my Indian doppelganger did.
