Mel Gibson? Not so much.

Referring to the "Throw the Jew Down the Well" video, this is an excerpt from commentary and discussion about Borat's anti-semitism.
Borat was not exposing some astonishing secret about the fact that racism and anti-Semitism is funny and enjoyable in moderate doses. And it's not terribly frightening that a lot of people despise the Jews, usually out of envy or jealousy. I'm not even a big fan of Baron-Cohen, but if it were me in that situation, I'd sure as hell be singing along with that song and probably think nothing of it. And I have a few Jewish pals I'm sure who would do the same.
It's nothing new or surprising, I just love that there's somewhat out there willing to openly publish the truth of truths: "Anti-Semitism is funny and enjoyable in moderate doses....And I have a few Jewish pals I'm sure who would do the same." It's the new John 3:16.
